Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial use may result in immediate account termination, suspension of service, and legal action.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

Customers are charged in full, in advance, at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the service, except where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. Risk and execution limitations

The services provided by the Company involve the delivery of trading alerts, notifications, and optional automation integrations. Users acknowledge and agree to the following.

Execution timing and latencies. Alert delivery, webhook transmission, and system notifications may be subject to delays caused by internet latency, server processing times, network congestion, third-party service providers, and device performance. The Company does not guarantee real-time delivery or execution timing. Users acknowledge that timing differences between alert generation, delivery, and trade execution may occur.

Market volatility and price movement risk. Financial markets can change rapidly. Prices may move significantly between the time an alert is issued and when a user executes a trade. Slippage, partial fills, and price gaps may occur during periods of volatility or low liquidity. The Company is not responsible for trade outcomes resulting from market price movements.

Brokerage and execution responsibility. Trade execution is performed through third-party brokerage platforms and trading systems that operate independently of the Company. The Company does not control order routing, execution speed, fills, rejections, outages, or system errors of any brokerage or exchange. Users are solely responsible for verifying trade execution and managing their positions.

Automation and webhook integrations. Users who utilize webhooks, automation tools, third-party integrations, or API-based systems acknowledge that execution timing, reliability, and outcomes depend on external platforms and system configurations beyond the Company's control. The Company is not responsible for automation failures, delayed executions, duplicate orders, missed trades, or system errors arising from such integrations.

Third-party service dependencies. The service relies on third-party providers including internet service providers, telecommunications networks, cloud infrastructure, notification services, and brokerage systems. Interruptions, outages, or failures of these services may affect alert delivery and execution.

User responsibility. Users are solely responsible for monitoring their positions, confirming trade execution, and managing risk. The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed alerts, execution timing differences, market movements, brokerage failures, automation errors, or user actions.

By using the service, users acknowledge these risks and agree that the Company shall not be liable for trade outcomes or losses arising from factors beyond its control.

Service availability and notification delivery

The Company provides alerts, notifications, and related services via its website, email, SMS, push notifications, and webhook integrations on an informational basis. Delivery timing of alerts or notifications is not guaranteed and may be delayed due to system performance, internet connectivity, telecommunications carrier issues, mobile device settings, operating system restrictions, spam filtering, notification permissions, network congestion, third-party service providers, or other technical factors beyond the Company's control.

Push notifications and mobile app alerts may be affected by device power settings, operating system limitations, background app restrictions, network availability, or user notification preferences. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices allow notifications and maintain internet connectivity.

Webhook notifications and automated integrations are provided as a convenience feature. The Company does not guarantee successful delivery, execution timing, processing order, or reliability of webhook transmissions. Delivery may be affected by endpoint availability, server downtime, latency, rate limiting, security filters, or failures of third-party systems. Users are responsible for maintaining their receiving systems and verifying proper operation of any automation workflows.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time delivery, system availability, or error-free operation. Service interruptions, delays, outages, or failures may occur due to maintenance, system updates, technical issues, or external service disruptions.

Information provided through the service is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Users are solely responsible for monitoring their positions and making independent decisions. The Company shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from delayed, missed, undelivered, or failed notifications, webhook executions, service interruptions, or technical disruptions.

Text message (SMS) alerts

Ironline Trading Systems LLC offers optional text message alerts to members. If you turn on SMS alerts in your dashboard settings and verify your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ironline, which may include the alerts you have turned on, account notices, billing notices and service updates. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a membership.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also turn off SMS alerts in your dashboard settings. For help, reply HELP or email support@ironlinetrading.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Ironline Trading Systems LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Dispute resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Ironline Trading Systems LLC are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Ironline Trading Systems LLC agree to submit the issue before an arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Ironline Trading Systems LLC. The costs of any arbitration will be shared equally between you and Ironline Trading Systems LLC.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Ironline Trading Systems LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including financial losses arising from use of the services
• All content, alerts, and system logic are proprietary and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or reverse engineered
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any content or alerts

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
